Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize artist databases, demo submissions, and project files with exceptional accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in collaboration with the finance department.
- Prepare and proofread various documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring high standards of grammar and presentation.
- Act as a key liaison for internal departments and external partners, including artists, managers, producers, and legal teams.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of artist contracts, licensing agreements, and intellectual property documentation.
- Research and compile market data, trend reports, and artist performance metrics to support A&R decision-making.
- Coordinate logistics for studio sessions, showcases, and promotional events.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the A&R department has the necessary resources.
- Handle sensitive information and confidential artist materials with the utmost discretion.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrator or Executive Assistant, preferably within the music, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
