Key Responsibilities

  • Manage A&R department calendars and scheduling for meetings, studio sessions, and showcases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for A&R executives and artists.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for projects.
  • Maintain and organize demo submissions, artist databases, and contact lists.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of A&R reports, presentations, and weekly updates.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and other internal departments regarding artist agreements, clearances, and payments.
  • Support the A&R team in contract administration, ensuring all documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
  • Facilitate communication between artists, management, producers, and internal teams.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or media industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
