Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming demo submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback.
- Coordinate schedules for A&R meetings, artist showcases, and recording sessions.
- Assist A&R managers with artist research, data compilation, and market analysis.
- Process and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain comprehensive databases of artists, contacts, and project statuses.
- Liaise with internal departments (legal, marketing, finance) and external partners.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and administrative documents for A&R projects.
- Handle general office administration duties as required by the A&R department.
- Assist in budget tracking for A&R projects and expenses.
