Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented A&R Administrator to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This pivotal full-time role provides essential administrative and logistical support to our A&R department, playing a crucial part in the discovery, development, and management of artists. Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for A&R executives.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of artist contracts and legal documents.
- Maintain accurate artist databases, project trackers, and digital assets.
- Coordinate logistics for artist showcases, recording sessions, and promotional events.
- Process invoices and expense reports for the A&R department, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
- Organize and manage incoming demo submissions, facilitating the review process for the A&R team.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and creative briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on new artists, industry trends, and competitor activities to support A&R strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience (1+ year), ideally in a creative or fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
