As an A&R Coordinator at Career.zycto, you will serve as a crucial support system for our entire A&R department, playing a pivotal role in streamlining operations and ensuring our artists receive the comprehensive attention and essential resources they need to flourish creatively and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming demo submissions, ensuring prompt review and feedback processes.
- Coordinate studio sessions, writing camps, and mixing/mastering appointments for artists, managing schedules and logistics.
- Assist A&R executives with administrative tasks, including expense reports, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and process various music-related documentation, including recording agreements, publishing deals, and vendor contracts.
- Track and manage project timelines for artist development and recording processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research on emerging artists, genres, and industry trends to identify potential talent and opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between artists, producers, managers, and internal departments (marketing, legal, finance).
- Maintain accurate artist databases and project files.
- Assist in budget tracking for A&R projects and artist development initiatives.
- Support creative aspects of projects, including song selection, visual concepts, and release strategies.
Required Skills
