Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify emerging artists, trends, and potential talent across various platforms.
- Assist in evaluating demo submissions and managing the A&R talent pipeline.
- Prepare comprehensive artist profiles, market research reports, and competitive analyses.
- Support the A&R team in scheduling meetings, auditions, and creative sessions.
- Attend and provide logistical support for artist showcases, live performances, and industry events.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for artist development strategies, branding, and marketing.
- Maintain organized databases of contacts, submissions, and project documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to artist contracts and project management.
- Provide support for content creation and social media monitoring relevant to artist development.

- Strong understanding and passion for contemporary music genres and industry trends.
