Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout and identify emerging musical talent across diverse genres through live performances, online platforms, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other key industry contacts.
- Review and evaluate demo submissions, providing insightful feedback and recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive talent reports, including artist profiles, market analysis, and potential commercial viability.
- Present compelling cases for signing new artists to the A&R executive team.
- Monitor music industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, legal) to facilitate artist development and successful launches.
