Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout, identify, and recruit emerging musical talent across various genres through live performances, digital platforms, and industry networks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry professionals.
- Attend concerts, showcases, festivals, and other industry events in Terrebonne, Quebec, and surrounding areas to discover new acts.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of musical trends, market demands, and competitive landscapes.
- Evaluate artist demos, performances, and overall potential for commercial success and artistic longevity.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on prospective artists for internal review and consideration.
- Negotiate artist contracts and facilitate agreements in collaboration with legal and management teams.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, publicity, and production teams to develop and execute artist development plans.
- Provide creative feedback and guidance to artists on their material, image, and career trajectory.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry events, building the company's reputation as a leader in talent discovery.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in talent scouting or a related role within the music or entertainment industry.
