Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of artist performances, including scheduling, travel, accommodation, and technical riders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for artists, managers, venues, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Manage and track performance contracts, invoices, and payments, adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Develop detailed event timelines and production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Provide on-site support for selected performances, assisting with artist check-in, sound checks, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases of artist information, performance history, and venue specifics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure artists receive appropriate promotion for their engagements.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop creative solutions to ensure successful events.
  • Prepare post-performance reports, gathering feedback and analyzing success metrics.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, artist management, or a similar role within the entertainment or arts industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by performance schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
