Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned artists, managers, and labels, maintaining consistent and positive communication.
- Coordinate artist onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive introduction to our services and resources.
- Support artists in understanding and utilizing Career.zycto's platforms and tools to maximize their reach and engagement.
- Facilitate communication between artists and internal teams (marketing, legal, technical support) to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of artist events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Track artist performance metrics and provide regular reports to both artists and internal stakeholders.
- Gather artist feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with emerging talent and potential new artist partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends, artist needs, and competitive landscapes to continuously enhance our artist relations strategy.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in artist relations, talent management, event coordination, or a similar role within the music or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
- Deep understanding of the music and entertainment industry landscape, including current trends and artist challenges.
