Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble components according to specifications, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled parts and finished products to identify defects.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and surrounding production area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Meet daily production targets and adhere to established schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills
