Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Attorney to join our growing legal team in Newtown, Salisbury. This pivotal role requires a legal professional with a strong foundation in a broad range of legal practices, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. As an Attorney with Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in advising clients, conducting rigorous legal research, drafting precise legal documents, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic legal solutions, and guide them through complex legal landscapes. You will be expected to prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, advocating on behalf of our clients with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Develop and implement robust legal strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct.

Required Skills

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in the UK with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in a legal practice.
  • Strong understanding of English law and legal procedures.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
