Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive, and engaging care for children (ages specified by host family, typically 2-10 years old).
- Organize and participate in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Assist children with daily routines, including meal preparation, dressing, bathing, and homework.
- Perform light household tasks related to children's care, such as tidying play areas, doing children's laundry, and preparing simple meals for them.
- Transport children to and from school, activities, or appointments as needed (valid driver's license required).
- Maintain open and clear communication with the host family regarding children's well-being and daily happenings.
- Adhere to the family's schedule and rules, demonstrating respect and reliability.
- Engage in cultural exchange, sharing your background and learning about American customs.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated love for children and prior experience (babysitting, volunteering, etc.) in childcare.
- Excellent communication skills in English (conversational to fluent).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Energetic, patient, and creative in engaging with children.
- Non-smoker.
