Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead engineers with recording sessions, including microphone setup, cable management, and signal routing.
- Support post-production tasks such as audio editing, noise reduction, and basic mixing under supervision.
- Organize and maintain audio assets, project files, and studio equipment, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) like Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
- Contribute to sound design elements for various projects, experimenting with effects and sonic textures.
- Attend production meetings, actively participating in brainstorming and feedback sessions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to audio hardware and software.
- Conduct research on audio production techniques, new technologies, and industry trends.
- Assist with quality control checks on final audio deliverables.
- Shadow experienced producers and engineers to understand advanced production workflows and client communication.
Required Skills
