Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues in various vehicle types.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
- Repair and replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and electrical components.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems accurately.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications and safety standards, meticulously documenting all work.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repair recommendations, and estimated costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous training and professional development.
- Document all services performed and parts used accurately using digital systems.
