We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building scalable, maintainable, and robust automation frameworks from the ground up, as well as optimizing existing systems.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring comprehensive test coverage, reducing manual effort, and accelerating delivery cycles across our development lifecycle. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, and product managers, to understand system architecture, identify automation opportunities, and integrate automated processes seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines. You will champion automation best practices, mentor peers, and continuously explore new technologies and tools to keep our automation capabilities cutting-edge. This is an exciting opportunity for an English-speaking professional to contribute significantly to a forward-thinking company, working on complex projects that challenge and develop your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality assurance and rapid feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand product features, technical designs, and identify areas for automation.
  • Perform thorough analysis of test results, identify defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct code reviews for automation scripts to ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and efficiency.
  • Champion automation best practices, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay current with emerging automation tools, technologies, and testing methodologies, evaluating and recommending their adoption where beneficial.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and quality assurance strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation frameworks, test plans, and test cases.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
  • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework).
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL for data validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Understanding of security testing principles and tools.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive private medical and dental insurance.
  • Generous paid time off and public holidays.
  • Company pension scheme with employer contributions.
  • Opportunities for professional development, training, and certifications.
