Key Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive assembly line operations to construct automotive components or vehicles.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct quality checks on parts and assembled products, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles and company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly line environment (automotive preferred).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology.
- High School Diploma or GED.
