Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java).
- Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement security and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs and backend services.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go, Ruby).
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
