Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced bakers with daily production tasks, including ingredient scaling, mixing, proofing, and baking.
- Learn and apply various baking techniques for different types of bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent product quality.
- Prepare ingredients, ensuring accurate measurements and proper storage.
- Assist with decorating and finishing baked goods as required.
- Support inventory management by receiving and stocking supplies.
- Operate and clean bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and collaboration.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for baking and food preparation.

- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weight (up to 25kg).
