Key Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor store premises for suspicious activities, theft, or unusual behavior.
- Act as a visible deterrent to potential external and internal theft.
- Conduct regular patrols of the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the apprehension and detention of individuals involved in theft, adhering strictly to company policy and legal guidelines.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and maintain clear documentation.
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed during investigations.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a security presence.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance loss prevention skills.
