This night shift role provides an opportunity for you to work autonomously, ensuring that our offices are immaculate and ready for the next business day without disruption to daily operations. You will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and sanitization of all designated areas within the bank premises, including executive offices, expansive lobbies, busy restrooms, common areas, and specialized bank facilities such as teller stations and vault access areas. This requires not only a strong work ethic but also an understanding of the sensitive nature of working within a financial institution, where discretion, reliability, and strict adherence to security protocols are absolutely essential. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all office areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring a hygienic and fresh environment.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all assigned areas to the highest standards.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor buffers).
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security protocols of the bank.
- Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of stock levels.
- Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked and alarms set upon completion of duties, if required.
