Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Safeguard customer information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Educate customers on various banking services, including digital platforms and self-service options.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch, as required.
  • Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and errors.
