Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information on banking products and services.
- Assist clients with opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving account-related issues efficiently.
- Support Account Managers by preparing necessary documentation, managing client files, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all banking products, services, policies, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are processed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell appropriate banking products and services to meet client needs.
- Handle customer complaints and complex issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all data protection, confidentiality, and security protocols.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
