Key Responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive training on operating large format digital printers and related equipment.
- Assist in preparing print jobs, including loading and unloading various printing materials (vinyl, fabric, paper, etc.).
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process, ensuring accuracy of color, resolution, and design.
- Perform routine quality checks and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Learn and apply finishing techniques such as trimming, cutting, laminating, and grommeting printed materials.
- Properly package and label finished products for shipment or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or material issues to senior staff immediately.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong willingness and eagerness to learn new technical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic numeracy skills for measurements and calculations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
