Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and efficiency, including skillfully answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and accurately distributing physical mail and packages.
- Perform essential clerical duties such as meticulous filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing a wide array of documents, encompassing both physical archives and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Proactively maintain and monitor office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are consistently stocked and efficiently reordered to prevent any disruptions to office operations.
