Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner, adhering to service standards and guest requests.
- Clear tables and promptly remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Ensure guests' needs are met with a friendly, positive, and attentive demeanor throughout events.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, event managers, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including sanitizing service areas and equipment.
- Handle all banquet equipment and supplies with care, reporting any damages or needs.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Be prepared to assist with various tasks as needed to ensure the success of each event.
Required Skills
