Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, staging, and other furniture according to event specifications.
  • Transport and handle various event equipment, such as serving dishes, glassware, cutlery, linens, and decorative elements.
  • Help with the placement of table settings, ensuring cleanliness and proper alignment.
  • Support the banquet service team with basic tasks during events, such as refreshing water, clearing plates, and maintaining a tidy event area.
  • Ensure all equipment and venue areas are clean, organized, and properly stored after events.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety and hygiene standards established by the company.
