Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, including regular cleaning of equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, respectful, and efficient manner, taking orders and processing transactions accurately.
- Restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other supplies, ensuring proper rotation and freshness.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, maintaining accurate till counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service during peak hours.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and colleagues.
