Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, and custom creations, efficiently and consistently.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending drinks and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Monitor guest behavior to identify and address issues, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations in the Night Lounge.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, bar trends, and industry best practices.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hotel or night lounge setting.
- Exceptional knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
