Key Responsibilities
- Promptly and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders from the beach bar to guests in designated beach and pool areas.
- Assist bartenders and waiters with clearing tables, collecting empty glasses and plates, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
- Ensure timely replenishment of bar stock, ice, and other essential supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar, storage areas, and guest service zones.
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Communicate effectively with bar staff, kitchen, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and resort policies.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down beach service stations.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work on foot for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Swahili.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a commitment to outstanding guest service.
