Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty and spa treatments, including facials, body massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and specialized beauty therapies.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs, preferences, and contraindications, tailoring treatments accordingly.
- Provide expert advice on skincare, beauty routines, and product recommendations to enhance and maintain client results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room and work area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained for optimal performance and client safety.
- Promote and sell spa products and services to clients, educating them on the benefits and usage.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous professional development.
- Cultivate a warm, friendly, and professional rapport with all clients, ensuring a relaxing and positive experience.
- Handle client feedback and concerns with grace and professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Beautician, Spa Therapist, or similar role.
- Expertise in various beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, and nail care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
