Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous, empathetic, and highly organised Benefits Administrator to join our dedicated team in Chelsea, London. Key Responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pension plans, and the company accommodation scheme.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant benefits regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Manage enrollments, changes, and terminations for all benefit plans, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate effectively with external benefits providers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct benefits orientations for new hires and clearly communicate changes or updates to existing employees.
- Assist in the annual open enrollment process, including preparing informational materials and conducting engaging information sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
- Process invoices from benefit providers, reconcile statements, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of existing benefits programs, recommending enhancements as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of various employee benefits programs and relevant UK legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- High level of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HR).
