Ceridian Mauritius is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time BI Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ébène. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business operations and strategy.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards, implementing data validation processes as needed.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports, fostering a data-literate environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analytics infrastructure and methodologies.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in at least one major BI tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
