Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick up and deliver various items (primarily food) to customers within designated Charlottetown areas using a bicycle.
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
- Verify order accuracy before delivery and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations upon drop-off.
- Manage delivery routes effectively, utilizing navigation apps to optimize time and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatch, customers, and restaurant staff regarding any delays or issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of your bicycle and delivery equipment.
- Handle payments and complete transactions accurately as required.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in cycling and navigating urban environments safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to use a smartphone for navigation, order management, and communication.
- Must own a reliable bicycle and appropriate safety gear (helmet, lights).
- Physical ability to lift and carry delivery bags (up to 20 lbs) and cycle for extended periods.
