Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and communications from clients, addressing inquiries in both English and the second required language.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive service experience.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin – specify in application).
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
