Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and communications from clients, addressing inquiries in both English and the second required language.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive service experience.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin – specify in application).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
