Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex biomedical experiments using molecular, cellular, and biochemical techniques.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, utilizing statistical tools and bioinformatics platforms.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, protocols, and results.
- Prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to advance research projects.
- Manage laboratory equipment and resources, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and incorporate new findings into research strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and ethical guidelines in research.

Required Skills
- Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience.
- Proficiency in a wide range of laboratory techniques (e.g., PCR, Western Blot, ELISA, cell culture, microscopy).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, GraphPad Prism).
