Key Responsibilities
- Assist Bottle Service Servers in delivering beverages and ice to tables efficiently and discreetly.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the bottle service station, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Replenish ice, garnishes, and other essential items throughout the shift.
- Clear empty bottles, glasses, and debris from guest tables promptly and courteously.
- Support servers by pre-setting tables, polishing glassware, and preparing drink accompaniments.
- Ensure all areas are tidy and presentable before, during, and after service.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist servers to enhance the overall guest experience.
