Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and candidates warmly, providing accurate information and direction.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain an organised and presentable branch environment, including front desk and common areas.
  • Support the branch manager and other team members with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Process basic transactions and manage records with precision and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Handle client enquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
