Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategic development, growth, and management of our key brands in Gulfport, Mississippi. This crucial role involves overseeing all aspects of brand strategy, from market research and positioning to campaign execution and performance analysis. As a Brand Manager, you will be the ultimate champion for our brands, ensuring consistent messaging, fostering strong brand equity, and driving consumer engagement across various channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand equity.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing brand positioning.
  • Manage the entire brand lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners (agencies) to create compelling marketing campaigns and content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance, key metrics, and ROI of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee brand budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize brand impact and profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, extensions, and innovations that align with brand vision and market needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, evangelizing the brand internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research tools and brand performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and e-commerce strategies
