Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential strategic brand partnership opportunities that align with Career.zycto's business objectives and target audience.
- Develop and present compelling partnership proposals, negotiating terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and legal teams to ensure successful execution and integration of partnership initiatives.
- Oversee the lifecycle of partnerships, including onboarding, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization to maximize ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership avenues and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and manage partnership budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

Required Skills
