Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and evaluate potential strategic brand partnership opportunities that align with Career.zycto's business objectives and target audience.
  • Develop and present compelling partnership proposals, negotiating terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and legal teams to ensure successful execution and integration of partnership initiatives.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of partnerships, including onboarding, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership avenues and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and manage partnership budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Represent Career.zycto at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster new connections and strengthen existing ones.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in brand partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing successful deals.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate partnership potential, track performance, and report on ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
