Career.zycto is actively seeking motivated and reliable Construction Workers to join our expanding team in Canley, Coventry. We are experiencing significant growth and have immediate openings for individuals who are eager to contribute their skills and energy to a variety of impactful construction projects. As a Construction Worker, you will be an integral part of our on-site crew, working on diverse tasks ranging from site preparation and material handling to assisting skilled tradespeople with more complex operations. You will be responsible for performing manual labour, operating hand and power tools, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the job site. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labouring duties, including digging, lifting, carrying, and clearing debris.
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons) as required.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are stored correctly and securely.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all site tidiness standards.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding or hoarding, under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to a supervisor.
- Participate in daily site briefings and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
