Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers with table setup, including placing linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly after guests have finished their meals.
- Refill water glasses and attend to guests' basic needs proactively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies such as napkins, condiments, and clean dishes.
- Assist with plate-running and food delivery from the kitchen to the dining room.
- Support the host stand with seating guests and managing reservations during peak times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming presence to all guests, contributing to a positive dining experience.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role (even if not in a dining setting)
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
