Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the rigorous cleaning and sanitization of brewing vessels, kegs, and other equipment.
- Support the brewing team during various stages, including milling grain, hop additions, and transfers.
- Participate in the packaging process, which may include canning, bottling, and kegging operations.
- Maintain a consistently clean, safe, and organized work environment in all areas of the brewery.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing raw materials and finished products.
- Learn and diligently follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for brewing and cellar tasks.
- Perform general brewery upkeep and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision.
