You’ll be responsible for navigating our store, accurately picking items, preparing orders for collection, and engaging with customers during their pickup.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from online platforms, ensuring all items match the order specifications.
- Prepare collected orders for customer pickup, including labeling and staging them in designated areas.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival for collection, verifying orders and assisting with any queries.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and returns as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the Click and Collect designated area and surrounding store environment.
- Monitor stock levels for popular Click and Collect items and report discrepancies.
- Assist with general store duties during quieter periods, including merchandising and customer support.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every shopper.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for order processing
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 15kg) and stand for extended periods
