Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and alighting the vehicle.
- Verify passenger manifests and ensure all passengers are accounted for.
- Accurately collect fares, issue tickets, and manage cash transactions.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the bus driver to ensure smooth and safe operation of the vehicle.
- Provide general information and assistance to passengers, including details about routes, destinations, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bus interior during shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies and transportation regulations.
- Handle passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues to management promptly.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the journey.
