Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders using techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, root causes of problems, and potential solutions.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
- Support the testing phase, including developing test cases, executing tests, and managing defect resolution.

Required Skills
