Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders using techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
  • Develop process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, root causes of problems, and potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
  • Support the testing phase, including developing test cases, executing tests, and managing defect resolution.
  • Facilitate communication and act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
  • Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
