Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and group sessions to elicit, document, and validate requirements effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and data dictionaries.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers and architects, to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with business objectives.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the quality assurance phase, including developing detailed test cases and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
- Communicate project status, key issues, risks, and proposed solutions effectively to all relevant stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Support change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned business domains, providing guidance and support to project teams.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to dissect complex problems.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process mapping, UML).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and deliver engaging presentations.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN) and workflow analysis.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
- Prior experience with CRM or ERP systems implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of specific industry domains such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Logistics, or E-commerce.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies.
