Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within various industries.
- Assist in developing and executing outbound outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or calls for Business Development Managers.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare engaging presentation materials, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and align business development efforts.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to observe and learn effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Track and report on outreach activities and their outcomes, contributing to performance analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategy.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as required.
