Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of BI dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to understand specific business requirements and translate them into effective data analysis tasks.
  • Help in identifying key data trends, patterns, and anomalies to uncover valuable insights and support strategic recommendations.
  • Perform basic data quality checks and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues to maintain data integrity.
  • Document data processes, definitions, and analytical results to ensure clear, consistent, and organized records.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to enhance BI skills and knowledge of new tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization concepts and an awareness of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • A genuine interest in business intelligence, data-driven decision making, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
