Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data effectively for different stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements, data definitions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reports and analyses.
- Provide regular performance reports, ad-hoc analyses, and strategic recommendations to support business operations and strategic planning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new BI solutions and data warehousing initiatives.
- Conduct training and support for end-users on BI tools and reports to foster a data-driven culture.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
